This site is dedicated to actor Sean Maher, who is probably best known for his role as Dr. Simon Tam in Joss Whedon's TV series Firefly and its follow-up feature film, Serenity. Sean also had guest roles on TV series Ghost Whisperer and CSI: Miami, and starred as Brian Piccolo in the 2001 remake of Brian's Song. Most recently he could be seen in the A&E movie Wedding Wars playing Ted, the boyfriend of John Stamos' lead character Shel.

New role for Sean!
Big news - according to Variety.com, Sean has been cast in an upcoming Lifetime series called "Drop Dead Diva". It's produced by Craig Zadan, Neil Meron and Josh Berman, and Margaret Cho is part of the cast too. According to this article, the series is "about a dead model/actress whose soul ends up in the body of a brilliant but rather frumpy lawyer. [...] Brooke Elliott stars in "Drop Dead Diva" as Jane, the attorney who becomes the new home for the soul of Deb, a self-absorbed party girl who gets a chance to redeem herself when her soul ends up in Jane's body."
According to this casting call for extras, the pilot is being filmed in the next couple of weeks, apparently in the Atlanta area.
