This site is dedicated to actor Sean Maher, who is probably best known for his role as Dr. Simon Tam in Joss Whedon's TV series Firefly and its follow-up feature film, Serenity. Sean had guest roles on TV series Ghost Whisperer, CSI: Miami, and Drop Dead Diva. He starred as Brian Piccolo in the 2001 remake of Brian's Song and played Ted, the boyfriend of John Stamos' lead character Shel, in the A&E movie Wedding Wars. Upcoming projects include guest roles on The Mentalist and Human Target, as well as a lead role in independent movie Timing.

Sean starring in Eastsiders starting tonight!

The first episode of Eastsiders starring Sean will become available tonight at the LOGOTV website. Don't forget to check it out if you're in the States!

The Backlot has an interview with Sean that has come out today to mark Sean's first appearance on Eastsiders. On top of the webseries, they also discuss Much Ado About Nothing (which is released June 7 in North America).

Sean cast in Logo series Eastsiders

Sean has been cast in a recurring part in the show Eastsiders. According to their website, the show explores the aftermath of infidelity on a gay couple in Silverlake.

The show has been picked up by LOGO and the first three of the nine episodes of the first season premiere on Tuesday, April 23rd at 4pm ET on LogoTV.com. Sean has a recurring role in the show as Paul, a handsome gallery owner.

We can't wait to check out the show!

Short film starring Sean Maher needs funding

If you'd like to help finance this short film called Forever, go to its Indiegogo page. The synopsis reads as follows:

"Inspired by the songs Strawberry Fields Forever and Imagine written by the late, great John Lennon, FOREVER tells the story of a man dealing with loss, depression, and the ignorant and hateful nature of man. A struggle that leaves him yearning for the simpler times of his childhood, and the escape to the field of his childhood where everything was imagination and nothing was real."
