This site is dedicated to actor Sean Maher, who is probably best known for his role as Dr. Simon Tam in Joss Whedon's TV series Firefly and its follow-up feature film, Serenity. Sean had guest roles on TV series Ghost Whisperer, CSI: Miami, and Drop Dead Diva. He starred as Brian Piccolo in the 2001 remake of Brian's Song and played Ted, the boyfriend of John Stamos' lead character Shel, in the A&E movie Wedding Wars. Upcoming projects include guest roles on The Mentalist and Human Target, as well as a lead role in independent movie Timing.

It seems that the series will have some interesting guest stars, like Rosie O'Donnell and Jorja Fox.
Joining Army Wives this summer will be Drop Dead Diva, the spirited new comedic drama, starring newcomer Brooke Elliott (Hairspray, Wicked) and Margaret Cho (17 Again). Debuting at 9:00 PM (ET/PT) on Sunday, July 12, this uniquely compelling twist on the age-old battle between brains and beauty tells the story of a shallow model-in-training who dies in a sudden accident, only to find her soul resurfacing in the body of a brilliant, thoughtful and plus-size attorney. Josh Berman (Bones, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation) is the creator and executive producer of Drop Dead Diva, and Craig Zadan and Neil Meron (Academy Award®-winning Chicago, Hairspray, Lifetime’s Living Proof) are executive producers.
So mark that timeslot on your calendars, and cross your fingers that Sean Maher will get some decent screentime!
We have finally updated Sean's contact information - sorry it took so long.
And last but not least, we have some news tidbits regarding "Drop Dead Diva"! While we don't know any details yet about Sean's character, we have heard that he has a recurring role, though so far only the pilot has been finished. According to a report on the Atlanta Journal-Constitution website, shooting on the series has begun this week in Atlanta, and will continue "likely into the summer".
In case anyone reading this got accepted as an extra (apologies to any hopefuls - the casting already took place) or is working on the series in any other capacity, please contact us if you know more about Sean's role, or if you'd like to share stories and/or pictures from the shoot involving him.
